Booking Policy
Life can be unpredictable at times and we understand that every now and then things don't go to plan. However, we are a small business that relies on having our clients turn up to their book appointment, not only so that we can pay our Stylist who is here at work ready to do your hair, but also so we can pay to keep the electricity on and the doors open.
When you don't attend your appointment or don't provide us enough notice that you cannot attend, that also means that we may have turned away other clients because that time was allocated to you specifically for that service, which is not fair on us or other clients.
So, to protect all our loyal clients, appointments, our business from loss of trading and to ensure your appointment is relaxing and enjoyable, we have implemented the following policies. We may at our discretion, waive the terms and conditions
where we see fit. We greatly appreciate your support of our business, and we will endeavor to provide the utmost professional service to you at every appointment.
To secure your appointment with our salon, you will be requested to pay a deposit for your appointment which is deductible on the day of your appointment from the total cost of your service. Your appointment is not confirmed until your deposit is paid. If the deposit is not received within 48 hours your appointment may be cancelled. If you are having difficulties paying your deposit please call the salon.
Scheduled appointments can be cancelled without penalty with 48 hours' notice by contacting the salon directly or cancelling yourself online. Please call us on 0490 716 306 if you have any questions.
